The Process 1

1. Provide required information on the provided online forms (see "Required Forms" button to the right). I need both the Personal Information and Family History forms.  
2. When all the required fields are filled out you will see a Click to Sign button.   Click on that button.
3. After clicking the Click to Sign button you will receive an email Adobe  Sign asking your to "Confirm my email address".   Click on the highlighted phrase.
4. The form you filled out will be sent to JPC GENEALOGY  with a copy to you. 

• You need to do this for each form. 

When I receive your forms:

1. Create a private Google Drive folder for you.    This will be used to communicate with you throughout the process.   
2. Contact you via email to setup a time for the initial interview - phone, Zoom, or Facetime.   This will be used to establish your end goals and answer any questions either of us may have. 

1. Determine product (see Products button to the right)
2. Select desired  product
3. Go to your cart and checkout
4. When payment is received I will begin your research

• Expect that the project will take approximately two weeks
• As the research continues an ancestor report will be updated in your Google Folder.    This will be in the form of an Anfentafal (Ancestor) report for the fixed price offering or appropriate Family or Individual report for hourly research.  For an hourly engagement, hours used will also be posted in your Google Drive folder. 
• All facts will be supported with reliable source information.   I will not use undocumented facts.
• I will make every effort to provide all the information you seeking but results are not guaranteed.  Where your family lived and when they lived there  has an impact on the the type and quality of  vital records available. 

When the project is finished, I will post your  deliverables in your Google Folder. This will include all desired  reports (PDF format) and media files (the media files are photos and  digital images documents used as sources for facts in the research. 

At  this point there are three options:

1. contract for additional JPC GENEALOGY research  at $50/hour;
2. continue the research on your own; or 
3. conclude the  research: Enjoy your new found knowledge on your ancestors.

If you want additional research the minimum commitment is two  hours. If you choose to continue the research on your own I can:

1. Provide you with a GEDCOM file (FamilySearch GEDCOM, is a de facto open file format specification to store genealogical data, and import or export it between compatible genealogy software) so that your can import your tree to the platform of your choice.
2. Provide you with access to your tree on Ancestry.com so that you  can copy the information to a tree that you own. This should retain all  source references and media. Ancestry.com does not allow transferring  ownership of trees between members. (Requires Ancestry.com member ship) 
3. Provide you with a Family Tree Maker file (FTM) that in  combination with your media files will allow you to continue your  research with Family Tree Maker. (Requires Family Tree Maker license and  Ancestry membership).
